Captain / Pro Challenge Matches

There are two dates still available to play against the Captain and I in our annual challenge matches. 

Thursday 8 June - 3.00 PM 
Tuesday 27 June - 3.30 PM

The matches are played in the 4 Ball Match Play format, with the team having the best result against us being declared the winners. The cost is £20 per pair, which will go towards the Captain's charity.

Darren Continues Good Form

Our Assistant Professional Darren Close has continued his good early season form by qualifying for the Galvin Green National Assistants Championships which is to be held at Coxmoor Golf Club from the 2nd - 4th August. On Monday Darren shot 72 (+1) at Aldwickbury Golf Club to comfortably get through the East Region qualifying, which was only 2 shots behind the eventual winner on what proved to be a very challenging day for scoring. Well done Darren, keep up the good work.


 

Glenmuir 125th Anniversary Apparel

Our 125th Anniversary club crested apparel has been very popular so far this year, especially the Glenmuir sweaters and polo shirts. A few new styles and colours have just arrived, so why not pop in to see if there is anything that catches your eye.

Our club crested PING apparel will be arriving at the end of this week, so there will be plenty to tempt you in store.

New Motocaddy Trolley

We will soon be taking delivery of the New Motocaddy S5 CONNECT electric trolley. It is the most technologically advanced trolley in the Motocaddy range, and a 'world first' in the trolley sector. 

The New S5 CONNECT can be linked to the fully-featured Motocaddy GPS App via a Bluetooth connection on any compatible smartphone, allowing the trolley's digital display to be used in place of a conventional GPS, offering front, middle and back distances to the green, as well as many other features.
