St Patrick's Day

I was lucky enough to have been invited to take part in the Luton Irish Golf Society St Patrick's Day celebrations that took place at South Beds Golf Club last Friay. As always, a great day and night was had by all. I'd just like to say thank you to Luton Irish Captain for 2017 Jimmy McCormack, and Past Captain's Tony Martin and Bryan Murnane for a very enjoyable game, even though Tony and Bryan's golf was a little too good for Jimmy and I.

Congratulations to all of the prize winners on what was a challenging day for golf; some of the scoring was exceptional. The event itself was a big winner with over 80 players taking part and more than 120 attending the presentation dinner.

The Luton Irish Golf Society have always been a great supporter of South Beds Pro Shop as long as I've been there, and for that I'm always very grateful.


 

Electric Trolley Rental

We are gradually increasing the size of our rental trolley fleet.

The trolleys are often booked out, so it's best to give us a call before hand to make sure one is available. We use the Motocaddy S1 trolley with a lithium battery; our biggest selling trolley over the last 12 months by far.

If you're thinking of purchasing a new trolley, give one of our rentals a try first, and if you buy from us we will deduct the cost of the rental off the purhase price.

Skechers Golf Shoes

Last year we saw the introduction of Skechers golf shoes into the european market, and we decided to get some in store to see what the reaction would be.

It was fantastic!

By the time summer had arrived we could no longer get hold of many of the colours and sizes due to the demand being far greater than the company themselves was expecting. This is the first shoe brand I have actually taken pre-orders on from customers who purchased a pair last year and wanted to make sure they didn't miss out this year.
